Statewide Public Education Campaign

On November 8, 2013 Dr. Huszti attended a meeting at the Michigan Dental Associations headquarters in East Lansing. His committee is tasked with engaging the public & keeping the message current. 

For the past 10 years, the Michigan Dental Association has presented the important message “Want a health body? Start with a healthy mouth,” as the platform for its public education campaign. Todays meeting presented a thorough review of research from a wide variety of resources about the oral health habits of Michigan residents. Oral health issues are easily preventable. The goal of the committee is to present our best advice to the public and , as before, maintain a high impact on the good oral health of Michigan.
